Yes, braising them on low heat like that makes them fall off the bone tender. Let me know when you try it.

I am glad the peaches worked well with the pork. I'll bet the flavor of the pork was interesting. Were the chops tender? I need to try this.

Sorry about your friend's dog. Don't like to think about losing Buster but he is 13+ and so I cherish each day. BTW, your cats look great - all silky and healthy looking.

Take care,
Diana

I enjoy your pets when I visit you. I do not ever want another pet of my own. Its just hard when you lose them. Your sisters have cats and your brother has a dog. I am around pets all the time and can enjoy them when I'm there.

It's hard to believe it's all over and we're back in the old grind. I agree with you, sis, this is one to savor for a while. I have been giving some thought to my legacy, and as it follows, the Arnold legacy. A lot of that legacy was on display in the Bahamas. The laughter and the carefree poking of fun with each other. The song requests and the dancing. The Arnold stamp infecting the whole room. The inability for one (or both) of our parents to leave without taking a fast friendship home. The singing of OUR songs in a way that only we can sing them. The hundreds and hundreds of photos; many of which will never see the light of day. Yes, it was a time I'll savor for a time. Thanks for being one of the important pieces!
